The star of one of the year\'s most popular viral videos is 8-year-old David DeVore of Sorrento. His father, also named David, says he never meant to create an Internet sensation. He made the video last May to help his son get over nervousness about his surgery and to record it for his wife, who couldnt come that day. It has now been viewed more than 12 million times and has inspired dozens of parody videos and remixes.
