Runescape new text effect, words go in small circles, almost like an eclipse, must see.\n\nHERE IS HOW YOU DO IT!\n\nAll it is wave2: with words with alt+0151 (try around 10) in between the letters. Easy as that.\n\n\nNote: If you have a laptop you may have to do fn + alt + 0151.\n\n\nWave:H(alt code 10 times)\n\nIt makes letters go up and down at different times
